NEAL was founded on the conviction that Africa’s greatest need is ethical leadership—leaders who combine competence with character and power with responsibility.
Through NEAL, we seek to shape young people who are not only successful in their chosen paths but are also committed to service, justice, and the common good. Our goal is to raise leaders who will transform institutions, communities, and nations through integrity and purposeful action.
