Eligibility Criteria

• Applicants must be between 18–35 years of age.
• Applicants must be African. Africans living outside the African continent are also eligible to apply.
• Applicants must demonstrate verifiable evidence of ethical leadership and community service.
• Applicants must be of good character, supported by recommendation(s) from trusted individuals within the community, educational institutions, religious organizations, and peers.
