Immersion Year Program (IYP)

The Immersion Year Program (IYP) is NEAL’s flagship leadership formation initiative. It is an intensive, structured program designed to prepare young leaders for ethical, responsible, and impactful leadership in their communities and professions.

Enterprise Development

NEAL empowers members to become job creators and innovators by supporting them in building sustainable enterprises. The program combines practical business knowledge with mentorship and resources to turn ideas into viable ventures.

  • Market research, analysis, and innovation training

  • Technical and entrepreneurial skills development

  • Access to experienced business mentors

  • Seed funding support for selected ventures

Public Service & Social Impact

NEAL encourages members to pursue public service and drive meaningful social change through community-focused initiatives. This program nurtures socially responsible leaders committed to national and community development.

Support and Activities Include:
